Fiona Bauer ist seit Oktober 2023 als Analyst bei der Technopolis Group im Berliner Büro tätig.

Fiona studierte Philosophie & Economics, B.A., an der Universität Bayreuth und absolvierte ein Auslandssemester an der Higher School of Economics, Moskau. Ihr besonderes Interesse gilt dem Thema (Hochschul-)Bildung und Wissenschaftspolitik. Da sie vor ihrer Tätigkeit bei der Technopolis Group am Leibniz-Institut für Bildungsverläufe im Forschungsbereich Bildungsungleichheit gearbeitet hat, ist sie mit verschiedenen quantitativen wie qualitativen Methoden vertraut.

Fiona spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch, hat ein gutes Verständnis für Französisch, mittlere Kenntnisse in Spanisch und einige Grundkenntnisse in Russisch und Polnisch.
