Rita joined Technopolis Group as Managing Partner in 2024, as well as Arctik as Co-Managing Director alongside its founder Cédric Hananel, bringing her expertise in team leadership, financial oversight, and operational management. Together with Cédric, she’s leading a team of 30+ consultants providing communication services for Belgian, European, and international clients.

Her background includes leading audiovisual and communication campaigns, organising large-scale, high-profile events, and managing digital initiatives, particularly within the European public sector. Rita led multimillion-euro communication projects, ensuring their successful delivery and maintaining high standards of quality management. Earlier in her career, she specialised in organising events, including youth initiatives, trade fairs, ministerial meetings, and corporate events. Before that, she worked with a non-profit organisation, supporting companies and national entities in improving their participation in EU-funded projects. In this role, she helped them enhance their capacity to absorb EU funding through information, networking, and digital tools.

Rita holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Milan University and a Master’s in Conflict Studies from Kent University. She is fluent in English and French, and is a native Italian speaker.
