International Comparison of Public Investments in Key Enabling Technologies

Technopolis Group was asked by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate to do an international comparison on the public investments in KETs. This analysis was needed for the revision of the national innovation policy (Topsectors) that will be more mission driven and will give KETs a central position. The analysis was written directly for the Dutch Cabinet of Ministers. The international comparison focused on Germany, Denmark, Flanders, France, Netherlands, UK, USA, Japan, Korea and Singapore.
