Sie verbindet eine fundierte technische Ausbildung im Ingenieurwesen mit einer fortgeschrittenen Ausbildung in qualitativen und quantitativen Methoden der Policy-Analyse, darunter \u00d6konometrie, Mixed-Methods-Ans\u00e4tze und transdisziplin\u00e4re Integration. Ihre Arbeit verbindet empirische Forschung und evidenzbasierts Policy-Making, um eine gerechte und effektive sozio-\u00f6kologische Transformation zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor sie zur Technopolis Group kam, arbeitete Victoria als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Transdisciplinarity Lab der ETH Z\u00fcrich, wo sie i. ein Framework f\u00fcr inklusives Stakeholder Engagement im Kontext von participatory modelling f\u00fcr eine klimaneutrale, nachhlatige Entwicklung im Rahmen des EU-Horizon-Pojrekts DIAMOND entwickelte und ii. Methoden der inter- und transdisziplin\u00e4ren Metarforschung f\u00fcr das Projekt INTERSECTIONS des Schweizerischen Nationalfonds untersuchte. Davor absolvierte sie ein Forschungspraktikum am Potsdam-Institut f\u00fcr Klimafolgenforschung mit Schwerpunkt auf machine learning Ans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr Klimamodellprognosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Victoria hat einen M.Sc. in Science, Technology and Policy von der ETH Z\u00fcrich und einen B.Sc. in Energie- und Prozesstechnik von der TU Berlin.
