Ha liderado el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de programas y proyectos de competitividad, tecnolog\u00eda, innovaci\u00f3n, transformaci\u00f3n digital e I+D en Colombia y en diversos pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina. Tambi\u00e9n ha impulsado iniciativas para fortalecer la Infraestructura de la Calidad, con \u00e9nfasis en normalizaci\u00f3n y metrolog\u00eda para apoyar el desarrollo institucional en econom\u00edas emergentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuenta con una s\u00f3lida trayectoria en cooperaci\u00f3n internacional, gesti\u00f3n de proyectos y asesor\u00eda en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para entidades gubernamentales, organismos multilaterales y actores del sector privado. Ha trabajado como consultora para el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) y como coordinadora de proyectos para el Instituto Nacional de Metrolog\u00eda de Alemania (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt \u2013 PTB), y se ha desempe\u00f1ado como asesora de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en el Departamento Nacional de Planeaci\u00f3n (DNP), Colciencias y el DANE. Entre sus principales logros se destacan el fortalecimiento de cadenas de valor en Colombia, la promoci\u00f3n de la transformaci\u00f3n digital y de tecnolog\u00edas emergentes en Am\u00e9rica Latina, el dise\u00f1o de pol\u00edticas para incentivar la inversi\u00f3n en I+D y el fomento de capacidades cient\u00edficas y tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura es Mag\u00edster en Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (MPA) por la Universidad de Potsdam (Alemania) y Mag\u00edster en Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas por la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
