The assessment\u2019s main aim has been to illuminate the impact the funding has had on the sector\u2019s energy use and its use of fossil-based raw materials and fossil-based energy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study is based on document studies, descriptive statistics of the sector in Sweden, financial analysis of the Energy Agency\u2019s funding, and 53 interviews as well as site visits at key actors in the sector.
