Adelina Pupelytė is an Analyst at Technopolis Group Brussels, working on policy analysis and evaluation with a focus on Research and Innovation. Adelina holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Finance from Sciences Po University, and a MSc in Comparative Social Policy with a focus on Education Policy from the University of Oxford.

Before joining Technopolis Brussels, she worked as a researcher at the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and completed internships at SEB and Western Union.

At Technopolis, Adelina has contributed to different projects, among which: Stocktaking of policies and programmes for technology infrastructures (DG RTD), Study on Promoting STEM education in schools (DG EAC), EARTO – RIN Benchmarking 2022-2024 (EARTO), Evaluation Study of Pyrotechnics And Civil Explosives Legislation (DG GROW), OPUS Support to changes in the assessment of research and researchers to reward the practice of open science (Horizon Europe), Developing an effective ERA talent pipeline (SECURE) (Horizon Europe).

Adelina is a native Lithuanian speaker, fluent in English, and has and intermediary level of French and German.
