Aissatou Chérif Diallo is an associate consultant at Technopolis Africa based in Abidjan with over 8 years of experience in international development, strategic management and consulting in global health, agriculture, and education. Currently based in Canada, she has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of sustainable development strategies across Africa and internationally. Her expertise covers project management, monitoring and evaluation, as well as facilitating multi-sectoral partnerships.
Throughout her career, Aissatou has collaborated with prestigious organisations such as the Ministry of Health of Senegal, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Mastercard Foundation, contributing to projects aimed at improving access to health services, Education of young people and women, and the optimisation of sustainable development strategies. Aissatou specialises in integrating results-based management and gender approach into large projects. She has led major initiatives such as the national strategy for youth and women employment in Senegal and developed technical and vocational training programmes for regions such as Côte d’Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the Caterpillar Foundation account.
Aissatou holds a degree in international sustainable development from the Heller School of Social Policy at Brandeis University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from McGill University. Its track record is completed by a project management (PMP) certification obtained in 2023, strengthening its ability to manage complex initiatives while meeting the highest standards.
Currently, Aissatou is working on large-scale projects, including the mobilisation of resources for the production of vaccines at the Institute Pasteur in Dakar, as well as public health projects with the Ministry of Health in Guinea, where it contributes to the establishment of universal health coverage. She continues to shape innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of health systems, while leading teams across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
