Researchers that are producing state of the art academic publications that are expected to shape Germany\u2019s international competitiveness on the long term are eligible for nomination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award funds, usually totalling 3,5-5 Million EUR, are granted for a period of five years.
