This evaluation focused on IP rights that are most important for innovative entrepreneurship. It is not only the protection of intellectual property that is relevant, but also, and above all, its use to promote innovation and R&amp;D. The analysis covers patent law, plant variety rights, trademark &amp; design rights, copyright &amp; database rights and trade secrets.
