Les Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019Acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du Transfert de Technologies (SATT) sont financ\u00e9es par le Fonds National de Valorisation (FNV) du Programme Investissement d\u2019Avenir PIA. Le dispositif finance 14 SATT. Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es individuellement \u00e0 deux reprises depuis 2012. Selon la convention Etat-ANR, sign\u00e9e le 29 juillet 2010 \u00ab une \u00e9valuation scientifique et \u00e9conomique de l\u2019action devra \u00eatre mise en place par l\u2019op\u00e9rateur pour appr\u00e9cier l\u2019impact des investissements consentis sur l\u2019\u00e9volution des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires \u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9tude avait deux objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques : \u00ab proposer \u00e0 l\u2019E\u00b4tat une m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019impact des SATT et ainsi contribuer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019\u00e9valuation ex-post de l\u2019action FNV \u00bb et \u00ab recueillir les premi\u00e8res donn\u00e9es relatives a` cette \u00e9valuation et proposer des premiers \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019analyse \u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9tude a permis de construire les outils qui \u00e9valueront l\u2019impact sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires des SATT : les entreprises clientes, les \u00e9tablissements actionnaires (universit\u00e9s et organismes de recherche) et les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes dans lequel elles \u00e9voluent localement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
