Technopolis Group assisted the Swedish Energy Agency in their work with an activity plan for their wind unit. The analysis discussed targets and indicators for the unit, and led to a workshop discussing which targets may be most appropriate given the wind unit’s mission and resources.  The aim of the assignment was to provide the unit’s employees an increased understanding of how to create and formulate relevant and useful targets and indicators. Based on this understanding they were to discuss how the implementation plan may be developed and made more specific. The assignment, and not least the workshop, contributed in a structured way to discuss these issues.
