Technopolis in cooperation with Triple Line and Learnmore were contracted to evaluation the new operating model of GPE – Global Partnership for Education (2022-2024). GPE is the largest global fund solely dedicated to transforming education in lower-income countries, and a unique, multi-stakeholder partnership. The evaluation report brings together the findings from across eight country-level case studies as well as from thematic case studies on domestic financing and gender equality. The eight country-level case studies include: Cambodia, Democratic Republic of Congo, El Salvador, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Tajikistan, Tanzania and Uganda.
