Francesca Migliavacca has joined Technopolis Group in June 2021 as Principal Consultant in evaluation and impact assessment studies.

Francesca has over 10 years of professional experience in the design and analysis of EU policies (especially in the fields of home affairs and justice). She has contributed and led various evaluations, impact assessments and feasibility studies for the European Commission and EU Agencies. Through the implementation of these studies, she acquired full knowledge of the Better Regulation Guidelines, she applied the most relevant qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g. literature review, focus groups, workshops, stakeholder interviews, surveys, statistical data analysis) and developped a rigorous, independent and evidence-based approach. In most projects, she was involved as an expert in evaluation techniques and, since 2015, also as project manager responsible for the coordination of international consortia in the delivery of projects covering several countries.

Prior to joining Technopolis group, Francesca worked at EY in the Policy Advisory Team and before that as policy analyst at The European House Ambrosetti.

Francesca holds a double degree in “Economics and Management of Public Administrations and International Institutions” at the Bocconi University and “Territorial and Urban Strategies” at Sciences Po Paris. She is Italian mother tongue and fluent in French and English.
