He has an academic background in computer science and European affairs, with a specialization in data analysis, big data, and European policy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His expertise covers data extraction, analysis, and visualization, with experience in survey data, bibliometrics, and scientometrics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining Technopolis Group, Victor worked as a Data Analyst\/Data Engineer intern at Edumalin, where he transformed raw data into actionable insights, contributed to strategic decision-making, and used artificial intelligence and visualization tools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also gained experience in European policy during his internship at the Normandy Representation to the European Union, where he analyzed and synthesized information from European institutions to support regional actors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Victor has participated in several research and evaluation projects, including a study on the remuneration conditions of book authors for the Ministry of Culture, and an impact assessment of the training and research activities of the University of Corsica.
