Brainport Smart District (BSD) wil op een verantwoorde manier omgaan met data. En moeten de toekomstige bewoners maximaal zeggenschap houden over hun data. Kortgezegd zijn dat de uitgangspunten voor het project Data Governance. Om de organisatie te ondersteunen bij deze belangrijke maatschappelijke vraagstukken heeft BSD een Data Advisory Team en een Ethisch Team ingesteld. Voor deze twee adviescommissies zijn respectievelijk Marcel Thaens en Ben Kokkeler<\/a> door het stichtingsbestuur van BSD benoemd als voorzitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BSD is een living lab waarin op verantwoorde wijze sociale experimenten worden georganiseerd met digitale data, software, woningen en devices.\u00a0 BSD is hierin een koploper in Nederland. Deze experimenten die bedrijven, overheden en kennisinstellingen samen met burgers uitvoeren zullen vragen oproepen rond ethische en sociale impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
