We&nbsp;have&nbsp;established&nbsp;ourselves&nbsp;as one of Germany\u2019s&nbsp;leading policy consultancies<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;evaluate<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>policy measures and institutions&nbsp;and provide&nbsp;<strong>strategic support<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We advise on the&nbsp;<strong>design of<\/strong>&nbsp;new funding strategies and instruments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We&nbsp;<strong>implement programmes<\/strong>&nbsp;and initiatives for our clients, often in close collaboration with our international sister offices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are active in various&nbsp;policy&nbsp;areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We build on our traditional focus, working on science, technology and innovation policies. This includes policy instruments targeted at universities (e.g. collaborative research, knowledge transfer, research careers etc) or the innovation ecosystem (support for&nbsp;SMEs and start-ups,&nbsp;regional economic and cluster policies).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We increasingly work on higher education topics as well as other education areas like VET and policies focusing future skills development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We often work on international projects \u2013 with a specific focus on cooperation with the Global South. The team of Technopolis Germany consists of domain and methodological experts dedicated to providing the public sector with high-quality strategic and policy studies and advice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our work is based on overall principles shared between all Technopolis sister offices. This includes our focus on independent, evidence-based and analytical work, tailored to specific client needs. Through continuous consultation and involvement of our clients and other stakeholders we help shape policies that support innovation and sustainable growth. We have clear environmental and ethical policies guiding our work.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We maintain close partnerships with a large number of renowned institutions.
