Deze evaluatie heeft zich gericht op IE-rechten die het meest van belang zijn voor innovatief ondernemerschap. Niet alleen de bescherming van intellectueel eigendom is relevant, maar vooral ook de benutting ter bevordering van innovatie en R&amp;D. De analyse heeft betrekking op het octrooirecht, kwekersrecht, merken- &amp; modellenrecht, auteursrecht &amp; databankenrecht en bedrijfsgeheimen.
