The remits are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> to enhance the introduction to the labour market and facilitate skills supply the business sector<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>to improve networks and connections with the labour market for foreign-born women<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>to strengthen the integration perspective within regional strategies for competence provision and labour supply<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> to implement <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Jobbspr\u00e5nget (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/Jobbspr\u00e5nget\" target=\"_blank\">Jobbspr\u00e5nget<\/a>, the purpose of the programme is to speed up the introduction to the Swedish labour market and to give newcomer academics a chance to show their potential. Jobbspr\u00e5nget is intended for engineers, architects, scientists and economists.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 55 projects have been granted funding within the framework of the four government remits, of which 19 have been included in this evaluation study. The evaluation was carried out during the period May \u2013 October 2021 and is based on document studies, interviews, and workshops. The overall objective of the evaluation is to promote learning and development for the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth and the Swedish Government in designing and implementing future initiatives and remits to facilitate competence provision and increase labour supply within the business sector, but also for other actors who develop, co-finance and\/or implement initiatives within this field.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","solution":[133],"sector":[70],"class_list":["post-33977","report","type-report","status-publish","hentry","solution-evaluation-nl","sector-higher-education-nl"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
