Patricia is specialised in innovative project engineering, territorial strategies in France and abroad as well as cluster and network management.

Patricia joined Technopolis in 2008. Most of her work deals with innovation and economic development at regional level. Her field of intervention encompasses clusters’ policy and support, innovation strategy evaluations, regional innovation strategies and smart specialisation strategies.

Prior to joining Technopolis, she worked at the Marketing DG (corn seeds markets) of Limagrain Group, the 4th largest seed company in the world. She also worked for the Auvergne Regional Development Agency in charge of promotion and economic development. She proposed and implemented a market oriented development strategy (Health: biomedical, biotechnology, homecare, agro-food, materials and mechanical…). She also provided counselling on foresight and marketing strategies for large enterprises, regional policy makers, regional development agencies and public research organisation (INRA).

Patricia has a strong track record on clustering policies at the national level (Evaluation of the national policy of arts and craft innovation clusters, evaluation of the national policy of competitiveness clusters) but also regional (evaluation of regional scientific and research clusters in Lorraine, benchmarking of applied research centres in Wallonia, etc.).
