Charlotte has 30 years of experience in research, evaluation and analysis, particularly in the fields of medicine, technology and public administration. Charlotte has a long career as a civil servant. Former employers are the Swedish Research council, Government Offices, and the Agency for Health Tech Assessments. She has experience from secretary in several government inquiries, such as the National Review Committee on Competitive, Public Funding of Research and Innovation in Sweden and the Committee for Technological Innovation and Ethics, established by the Swedish Government to help the Government to identify policy challenges, contribute to reducing uncertainty surrounding existing regulations, and accelerate policy development linked to new technologies. Charlotte holds a master’s in engineering and a PhD in medicine from Karolinska institute.
