Patricia Izquierdo is a Senior Consultant of Technopolis Group Colombia.

She has more than 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating public policies in Colombia. She has developed research and consulting projects using various qualitative and quantitative research methods. She has worked for the organizations such as the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, and several public entities in Colombia including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credict, and the Natinal Planning Department. At Technopolis, she participated in the evaluation of the Digital Public Innovation Center of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.

Patricia has a degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes and a degree in Political science from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She has a master’s degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Science Po Paris. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has advance knowledge of French and intermediate knowledge of Portuguese.
