This report sets out the proposed framework, indicators, and submission templates for assessing People, Culture and Environment (PCE) in the REF 2029 PCE pilot. Developed through extensive co-creation with the sector, it synthesises desk research, 12+ national workshops, a large-scale survey, and feedback from pilot panels and institutions to create an approach to assessing research culture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
