Assistance in the preparation of Champagne Ardenne RIS-S3
The first phase aimed at identifying the region needs. It has been designed around the approach of “entrepreneurial discovery” i.e. a bottom up interactive process with the private sector. The team delivered a SWOT analysis, a characterisation of specialisation fields and a suggestion of policy mix to support their implementation.
