Samtidigt st\u00e5r l\u00e4nder inf\u00f6r \u00f6kande sjukv\u00e5rdskostnader och sjukv\u00e5rdssystemen k\u00e4mpar f\u00f6r att utnyttja dessa innovationer p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi tillhandah\u00e5ller bevis f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja beslutsfattare l\u00e4ngs policycykeln samt akt\u00f6rer \u00f6ver hela h\u00e4lsoekosystemet. Vi kombinerar nya forskningsmetoder med djupg\u00e5ende teknisk kunskap om translationell forskning, h\u00e4lsodata och teknik, policyer och praxis. Vi hj\u00e4lper till att s\u00e4tta upp nya initiativ, \u00f6vervakar deras verksamhet och utv\u00e4rderar de vetenskapliga, ekonomiska och samh\u00e4lleliga effekterna. Vi genomf\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rande analyser av system, policyer och strategier f\u00f6r forskning och innovation p\u00e5 h\u00e4lsoomr\u00e5det i olika l\u00e4nder och organisationer.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Biomedicinsk forskning och innovation&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi bed\u00f6mer forskningssystemens utmaningar och behov och st\u00f6der utformningen av \u00e4ndam\u00e5lsenliga forskningsprogram. Vi genomf\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 teoribaserade utv\u00e4rderingar av socioekonomiska forskningseffekter.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>H\u00e4lsosamt \u00e5ldrande och h\u00e4lsoteknik&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Technopolis Group har lett forskning om hur EU:s medlemsstater kan anv\u00e4nda sin forsknings- och innovationsbas, till\u00e4mpa teknik och sociala innovationer f\u00f6r att leverera \u00f6vergripande l\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r ett h\u00e4lsosamt och \u201dsmart\u201d \u00e5ldrande.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forskning om global h\u00e4lsa&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskningsfinansi\u00e4rer och internationella utvecklingsorgan f\u00f6respr\u00e5kar i allt h\u00f6gre grad inkludering och h\u00e5llbara partnerskap mellan forskare fr\u00e5n utvecklade l\u00e4nder och utvecklingsl\u00e4nder f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 l\u00e5ngsiktig kapacitetsuppbyggnad och gemensamma f\u00f6rdelar. Vi arbetar fr\u00e4mst med initiativ som finansierar FoU f\u00f6r fattigdomsrelaterade och f\u00f6rsummade sjukdomar och partnerskap f\u00f6r produktutveckling, och erbjuder utv\u00e4rderingar och tekniskt st\u00f6d. Vi genomf\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 studier om innovationer inom h\u00e4lso- och sjukv\u00e5rdssystem i l\u00e5gresursmilj\u00f6er.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u00e4kemedelsinnovation och tillg\u00e5ng till medicin&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4kemedelssektorn r\u00f6r sig fr\u00e5n blockbusterl\u00e4kemedel till mer individanpassade behandlingar. Priss\u00e4ttnings- och ers\u00e4ttningsmodellerna s\u00e4tter dock press p\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ngen till nya och effektiva l\u00e4kemedel. Vi utv\u00e4rderar de ekonomiska effekterna och resultaten av EU:s lagstiftning och innovationsverksamhet.
