Som et ledd i en evaluering av programmet har Norges forskningsr\u00e5d (NFR) bestilt fire analyser, inkludert denne casestudieanalysen. Analysen bygger p\u00e5 20 caser som omfatter til sammen 33 BIA-prosjekter, hvorav 30 Innovasjonsprosjekter i n\u00e6ringslivet (IPN) og 3 Kompetanseprosjekter for n\u00e6ringslivet (KPN). Sammenlagt st\u00f8tte fra NFR bel\u00f8per seg til nesten 400 millioner kroner. Datainnhentingen har best\u00e5tt av intervjuer med prosjektdeltakere og studier av prosjektenes s\u00f8knader og sluttrapporter, samt studier av prosjektdeltakernes hjemmesider, bruk av offentlig FoU-st\u00f8tte og regnskapsdata. Analysen ble utf\u00f8rt i perioden oktober 2016\u2013juni 2017 av Technopolis Sweden (Faugert &amp; Co Utv\u00e4rdering).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siden utvalget av caser sannsynligvis utgj\u00f8r en sv\u00e6rt positiv seleksjon, er erfaringene og effektene denne rapporten beskriver neppe representative for hele portef\u00f8ljen av BIA-prosjekter.
