E2B2 \u00e4r ett brett program, som st\u00f6djer forskningsprojekt inom bebyggelsens hela energianv\u00e4ndning, och \u00f6ver hela livscykeln. Programmet omfattar forskning om b\u00e5de bost\u00e4der och lokaler d\u00e4r produktion, renovering, ombyggnation, demontering och rivning innefattas. \u00c4ven m\u00e4nniskors livsstilar, hur m\u00e4nniskor anv\u00e4nder energi i boendet och vilka val de g\u00f6r omfattas av programmet. Under de fem utlysningsomg\u00e5ngarna som genomf\u00f6rts har medel beviljats till totalt 80 projekt. Av dessa har 44 letts av forskare vid universitet eller h\u00f6gskola, 25 av institut och elva projekt av andra typer av akt\u00f6rer. Det totala utfallet f\u00f6r programmet har uppg\u00e5tt till drygt 250 miljoner kronor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denna slututv\u00e4rdering av E2B2 fokuserar p\u00e5 arbetet i och resultaten fr\u00e5n de projekt som finansierats inom programmet. Utv\u00e4rderingen bed\u00f6mer hur v\u00e4l programmet f\u00f6ljer uppsatta m\u00e5l i programbeskrivningen, projektens kvalitet i flera avseenden samt vilken nytta programmet och projekten ger t\u00e4nkta avn\u00e4mare. Slututv\u00e4rderingen kompletterar d\u00e4rmed halvtidsutv\u00e4rderingen fr\u00e5n 2016, som fokuserade p\u00e5 programmets administrativa processer, dess betydelse f\u00f6r avn\u00e4mare och intressenter samt dess f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att med d\u00e5varande projektportf\u00f6lj uppn\u00e5 de m\u00e5l- och syften som formulerats i programbeskrivningen. Datainsamlingen har best\u00e5tt av dokumentstudier, djupintervjuer med representanter fr\u00e5n programmets sekretariat, representanter fr\u00e5n programr\u00e5det samt andra intressenter, webbenk\u00e4ter till projektledarna i programmet och till projektdeltagare samt en expertgranskning av slutrapporter och l\u00e4gesrapporter fr\u00e5n ett urval projekt och av projektportf\u00f6ljen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","solution":[147],"sector":[180,132],"class_list":["post-22225","report","type-report","status-publish","hentry","solution-evaluation-sv","sector-green-economy-sv","sector-research-innovation-sv"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
