Evaluation of the SME innovation support scheme Top sectors (MIT)

The Ministry of Economic Affairs in the Netherlands has launched a support scheme for SME within the framework of the Topsectors in 2013: MIT. The aim of the support scheme is increase innovation at SMEs and better alignment of SME with the innovation agenda of the Topsectors. The Technopolis Group and SEO Economic Research are going to evaluate the MIT scheme. The evaluation focusses on the effectiveness and efficiency of the MIT. Methods used are data analyses, log frames, econometric analysis, analysis of target groups, survey and interviews.
