Patricia Miravete Oñate joined Technopolis Group in February 2020 as Project Administrator for the Intelligent Cities Challenge and to manage the contract procedures of the office. In her previous experience within Technopolis Group, she contributed to the business development process and coordinated the submission of a wide range of EU call for tenders. In addition, she supported the day-to-day management, implementation and quality assurance of a number of framework contracts. Moreover, she was administrator of the H2020 Policy Support Facility for three years, having coordinated the country missions of experts and managed all administrative aspects of the project. On the events side, she organised the Poverty Related and Neglected Diseases final conference of DG RTD in 2016, a series of expert workshops for the MoRRI Project (Monitoring Responsible Research and Innovation) of DG RTD, and also for a study on the future of the Regional Innovation Strategy of the Brussels capital region. She also coordinated the 3 days International Training Programme on internationalisation and Export Orientation of Manufacturing industries which Technopolis Group Belgium hosted in September 2015. 

Previous to Technopolis,  she worked as Conference & Events Coordinator for one for one of the most prestigious hotels in Brussels. Later on, she contributed to the organisation of the Belgian Economic Mission 2014 in Peru in close collaboration with AWEX, the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency and the Embassy of Belgium in Peru. 

Patricia has large experience in project coordination as well as event management having organised seminars with up to 300 participants and a wide range of corporate and private events. As a result, she has acquired excellent organisational, commercial and communication skills. 

She holds an Economics Sciences Degree from the University of Zaragoza (Spain) with a Specialisation in International Trade from the Hogeschool van Utrecht (Holland). Through these studies, she acquired specific knowledge in business administration, international relations and trade. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English, French and she has basic notions of Dutch.
