The Norwegian Fulbright scholarship programme was evaluated by NIFU, contracted by the Norwegian Ministry of Education (Kunnskapsdepartementet, KD). Technopolis Group (Göran Melin) was asked to provide reflections and comparisons with the Swedish Fulbright programme.
