Mutual Learning Exercise (MLE) on the evaluation of business R&D grant schemes under the Horizon 2020 Policy Support Facility
The aim of the Mutual Learning Exercise on Evaluation of business R&D grant schemes is to support participating Member States in designing, implementing and evaluating different policy instruments in relation to the following topics:
- Big data and the next generation of evaluation techniques
- Capturing behavioural change
- Quality standards and comparative data in innovation policy evaluation
The exercise adopts a hands-on “learning by doing” approach supported by a panel of independent Experts experts.
The project is organised around four country visits and a number of meetings and learning session. performed in each visit.
