Toby Berrett is a Policy Analyst in Technopolis UK’s Education and Skills team. He has developed expertise in public policy evaluation with a particular interest in the UK and EU, possessing specialist knowledge in Central and Eastern Europe. He has carried out research for local governments and higher education institutions, and through his academic and professional experiences has applied a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, focus groups, statistical analysis, and literature reviews.
Before joining Technopolis, Toby worked in the careers department at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), gaining firsthand experience of the challenges and opportunities facing higher education institutions and the approaches used to enhance graduate employability.
