Innovation in the food sector: learning from European best practices

We’re conducting a benchmark study of successful European policy initiatives for food value chains on behalf of Sweden Food Arena. Sweden Food Arena aims to contribute to the implementation of the Swedish government’s food strategy, requiring a common focus on innovation and research in the food sector based on the needs of the industry.

The benchmark study will contribute to learning and development of the Swedish food chain through inspiration from how other countries, considered to be on the forefront of innovations in the food sector. The study is based on case studies in Denmark, Netherlands, Ireland, and Finland.
