Anna is a Business Development / Communication Consultant at ARCTIK – Communication for Sustainability (part of the Technopolis group), joining the organisation in May 2022.

Having lived in several countries, Anna has developed an international profile. Prior to taking on this role, Anna gained experience in research, business development and in the sales industry in London and Brussels. In her previous role, Anna, has worked as a Business Development trainee at Stantec-Belgium, a Brussels-based consultancy specialised in international cooperation and development, sustainability and climate change projects in developing countries. Throughout her master’s degree she also collaborated on research projects with organisations such as the International Water Management Institute of Pretoria and the IOI, an NGO in the Galapagos Islands.

Anna holds an MSc in Environmental Change and International Development from the University of Sheffield, which has equipped her with in-depth knowledge of the complexities of global economic development and how society-environment interactions influence sustainable development policy and practice. She also holds a B.A. in Politics and International Relations, during which she focused on the role of agroecology on the path toward sustainable food systems. 

Anna’s native tongue is Italian, and she is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
