On 14 November, Erik Arnold gave a presentation together with Sylvia Schwaag-Serger and Christopher Palmberg on past and present changes in research and innovation policy and the evolution of policy in Sweden and Finland.
The presentation was based on two chapters from this new open access book:
which contains a chapter by Erik Arnold and Kate Barker entitled: “What past changes Swedish policy tell us about developing third-generation research and innovation governance”. The seminar was part of a series intended to inform the current Swedish government Commission reviewing research and innovation funding organisations in Sweden.
