We usually recruit people with at least a masters’ degree or equivalent and two years’ experience in one of the actions we work on. Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods is a requirement. As we’re an international company, we prefer to recruit people who can work fluently in at least two European languages, one of which should generally be English.
