Linda Moloney is a Senior Health Policy Consultant at Technopolis France, with over 10 years of international experience in EU institutions and national regulatory agencies. She has expertise in pharmacovigilance, regulatory science, risk assessment, and EU governance frameworks, and has contributed to health policy and medicines safety across multiple countries.

She has held key roles at the ANSM (France), coordinating pharmacovigilance signals and structured risk analyses; at the EDQM (Council of Europe), implementing the Safety Management System and revising hazard classification policies; and at the MHRA (UK), monitoring vaccine safety and conducting signal detection. Earlier, she contributed to public health initiatives on new psychoactive substance at an EU level at EMCDDA, and on food safety at a global level at WHO. Linda began her career as a community pharmacist in Ireland.

Linda holds a Master’s Degree in International Health Care Management, Economics and Policy (Bocconi University), a Diploma in Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance (University of Bordeaux), and a BSc in Pharmacy (Trinity College Dublin).
