Massimo Ferrara joined Technopolis as Group Information Systems Manager, bringing extensive experience in IT, ERP systems, data governance and business transformation. He has led technology, data and process improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on practical delivery, information governance, cybersecurity and operational improvement. His current work includes the development of the Group’s information systems and digital workplace, as well as supporting the responsible evaluation, governance and adoption of AI-enabled tools.

Before joining Technopolis, Massimo led IT and business transformation initiatives in the UK wine distribution sector, overseeing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cybersecurity, supplier management, and business reporting. His work included strengthening IT governance, modernising digital workplace tools, reducing technology costs and developing data solutions to support better decision-making.

Massimo worked on major international ERP and SAP transformation programmes across the oil and gas, automotive and professional services sectors. He supported complex system implementations, data migrations, testing and process improvements across multi-country environments.

Massimo brings a hands-on and cross-functional approach, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to work effectively with finance, operations, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
