Anabelle Schatten is a Green Economy consultant for the Brussels office of Technopolis Group. Anabelle has developed expertise in environmental issues and circular economy practices by providing consultancy, evaluation services and policy studies to public organisations.

She is used to work on topic ranging from Carbon Capture and Utilisation, bio based economy, resource efficiency to eco innovation, circular economy and waste management.

Prior to joining Technopolis she was a Policy Officer in the fields of Waste and Energy, managing related associations, therefore representing and promoting the association’s interests to the EU institutions. She worked on files such as the Emission Trading System, the Effort Sharing Regulation, the Monitoring and Reporting Regulation, the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, the Renewable Energy Directive I & II.

Anabelle studied Political Sciences, obtained a master in Human Resources Management and an Advanced Master in European Integration at the Institute for European Studies. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
