Daniela Lechner joined Technopolis Berlin as office manager and project assistance in June 2023. She provides general administrative and organisational assistance to the management team and consultants. Together with Susann Reinsch she forms the office management for Technopolis Germany.

Before joining Technopolis Group, Daniela worked as team assistant in a piano manufactory and many years as assistant store manager in retail. In the process, she learned to complete tasks efficiently and to structure her work environment.

During her studies, Daniela also gathered experience in project management as working student and strengthened her intercultural skills during two internships in Cameroon and The Democratic Republic of Congo.

Daniela obtained her Masters degree in Development Studies from the University of Bayreuth and her undergraduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of applied science Georg-Simon-Ohm Nuremberg.

As a native German speaker, she is also fluent in English and has some knowledge in French and Swahili.
