Leevke Puls has developed expertise in public policy evaluation with a particular interest in gender and inequalities. She has successfully applied a range of qualitative methods such as interviews, surveys, case studies, desk research, and literature reviews.

Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Leevke worked as a Research Assistant for the Institute of the World Economy alongside her studies. During this time, she coded political parties along the populist spectrum through extensive historical literature reviews.

Leevke obtained her undergraduate diploma in Political Science from the Christian Albrecht University of Kiel. She obtained a Masters degree in Gender, Policy and Inequalities from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is fluent in English and German and has advanced knowledge of Spanish.
