Raphaël joined the Paris office of Technopolis Group in November 2023 as an Analyst. He has developed expertise in public policy with particular interests in climate, regional, energy and international cooperation policy. He has applied successfully a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including stakeholder meetings, desk research, literature reviews, surveys, and statistical analyses.

Currently, he is supporting a project for DG REFORM on improving the Energy Performance of State Buildings in France and the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Raphaël worked for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). During this time, he conducted investigative research (CDD, KYC, AML, CBI) on individuals and entities pertaining to financial crimes, regulatory compliance and regional security issues. Previously, he worked for a French adminsitrative body as a project officer on the governance of renewable energies.

In terms of academic experience, Raphaël has a Master’s of Science in Political Science, International Relations track, from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s of Scirnce in Politics, International Relations and Organisations track, from Leiden University. He speaks fluently English, French, Dutch and has some basic skills in German and Spanish.
