Lisa-Marie Steinkampf works as an Analyst with a focus on Skills and Education in the Berlin office of the Technopolis group. She is experienced in a wide range methods of empirical social science research, including quantitative statistical analysis, surveys, desk research and literature reviews. She is particularly interested in the research and assessment of education and higher education policies.

Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Lisa-Marie has worked for the German Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (DZHW) in Hannover, researching the professional trajectories of professors in Germany. Furthermore, she has completed an internship at the European Association for the Education Adults (EAEA) in Brussels, during which she has gained experience working on EU-funded projects that contribute to non-formal adult education within the EU as well as gained knowledge about the European policy landscape regarding skills and (adult) education.

Lisa-Marie graduated from the Leibniz University of Hannover with a master’s degree in Sociology and has completed her undergraduate studies in the field of Integrated Social Science at the Technical University Braunschweig. She is fluent in German and English language and has basic knowledge in French. Currently, she involved in the evaluation of the funding programme “FH-Personal” supporting academic careers at universities of applied sciences.
