Currently working at Arctik, Communication for Sustainability in Brussels, she leads strategic event planning and stakeholder coordination for EU-funded projects, ensuring alignment with environmental sustainability and inclusivity standards. 

Previously at MCI Benelux, Dea managed end-to-end logistics, budgeting, and team coordination for diverse international events. Her expertise spans venue scouting, supplier negotiation, digital tools integration, and post-event evaluation. With a Master’s degree in Communication from IHECS and fluency in French, English, and Albanian, she combines creativity, precision, and empathy to craft memorable experiences that resonate with audiences and meet institutional goals.
