Lina Luque has worked at Technopolis Group Colombia since 2016 and has more than 15 years of professional experience. As Office Manager, she is responsible for the company’s operational, financial and administrative management in Colombia, including budgeting, human resources, contracting, corporate compliance, supplier management and business reporting. She also has extensive experience coordinating expressions of interest, proposals, tenders and contracts, as well as team mobilisation, expert contracting, invoicing and project financial monitoring.

She has worked with governments across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) and with institutions including the European Commission, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), CAF, UNDP, UNESCO, AFD, Expertise France, the British Council and Swisscontact.

Lina also has extensive experience in international project and event management. Through INNOVACT, an EU–Latin America cooperation initiative, she coordinated activities across 17 countries and facilitated relationships among public institutions, businesses, universities and research centres in both regions.

Lina holds a BA (Hons) in International Event Management from the University of Brighton. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
