Technopolis supported the Grand Est Region in its reflection on the renewal of the ‘Transmission-Takeover Pact’ for the period 2023-2025. This Pact finances support for entrepreneurs in the transfer of their business or in taking over an activity, thanks to experts from the chamber of commerce and the chamber of ‘trades and crafts’ in the region.

Technopolis carried out a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the implementation of the previous ‘Pact’, with the help of its implementation partners, but also with a survey launched among 400 beneficiaries and interviews with some of them.

Technopolis then led several workshops for the identification of areas for improvement, the recommendation of scenarios and the formalization of the new agreement describing the commitments of each of the stakeholders and the proposal of performance indicators.

The new Pact is expected to enter into force on January 1, 2023.
