Jennifer Hönicke is a Consultant at Technopolis Group in Berlin, specialising in the evaluation of policy measures and programmes in the fields of digital technologies, green economy, and SME and innovation financing. She has worked on evaluations for leading European and national institutions, including the European Commission, the European Investment Fund, and German federal ministries.

In the course of her studies, Jennifer acquired extensive knowledge in the application of quantitative research methods, particularly in panel data analysis, text analysis using LLM and survey research. She also has experience in conducting case studies, desk research, interviews, literature reviews, document and content analysis. Before joining the Technopolis Group, she worked as a working student at Ramboll Management Consulting, where she was involved at the intersection of various project teams on topics including digital and sustainable transformation, as well as technology and innovation promotion and sustainable communities. In addition, she gained practical experience in the implementation of socio-economic assessments of policy measures as part of her position at DIW Econ. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Hamburg and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Development from the University of Bayreuth. During her studies, she spent two semesters abroad at the University of Trois-Rivières in Canada and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in France, specialising in quantitative methods and climate economics. She speaks fluent German, English and French, as well as some Spanish.
