Marie Savani is a Senior Consultant at Technopolis Group, specialised in public health and global health. She has five years of experience in the evaluation and analysis of health systems and public health programmes for national public agencies and the European Commission, with particular expertise in disease prevention and health promotion, and health financing. Her methods include qualitative approaches, desk research, benchmarking studies and quantitative data analysis.

At the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS), the French National Health Authority, Marie conducted a national analysis on disease prevention policy, whose strategic recommendations were validated by the HAS Board and submitted to the French Government, and worked on valorising economic evaluation in the field of disease prevention and health promotion. At European level, she contributed to a study for the European Commission’s DG HERA, leading a comparative analysis of 150 organisations across 45 third countries to support the structuring of HERA’s international partnerships. She has also evaluated innovative care delivery experiments under Article 51 of the French Social Security Financing Act.

Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Marie worked as a health policy analyst at HAS (2024–2026) and, before that, as a Senior Consultant in Public Health & Health Systems at EY (2021–2024).

Marie holds an engineering degree from the Paris School of Chemistry (Chimie ParisTech – PSL) and is completing an MSc in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), specialising in health economics, global health and mental health.

She is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
