Entrepreneurial Higher Education Institutions – A Guiding Framework – The further development of HEInnovate
HEInnovate is a self-assessment tool for Entrepreneurial Higher Education Institutions. It is an initiative of the European Commission, DG Education and Culture and the OECD LEED forum, and supported by a panel of six independent experts.The website has been designed and is managed by Technopolis under a Framework Contract agreement with the European Commission, DG Education and Culture.
The main objective of the guiding framework, named HEInnovate, is to support those Higher Education Institutions (the tool is available for any HEI in the world to use) who are looking for advice, ideas and inspiration for the effective management of institutional and cultural change through a self-assessment process
