The objectives of the mission were to assess the outcomes of the scientific collaborations between France and Algeria established within the frame the of the Hubert Curien Partnership (PHC) Tassili as well as to identify the drivers and barriers to the scientific collaboration under this programme. The evaluation also assessed the relevance and consistence of the programme, and the efficiency and efficacy of its governance. Finally it measured the results and impacts on scientific careers of beneficiaries and on transfer of knowledge and know-how. Recommendationsare presented.
